Data Deletion

There is no account to delete. LED Banner has no sign-up and no sign-in, and we run no server that stores your banners. Everything you create — text, colours, fonts, effects, background images, history and settings — is written only to your own device.

That means you can delete all of it yourself, right now, without asking us. There is no request to submit and no waiting period.

Delete everything

Uninstalling the app, or clearing its data in your system settings, permanently removes every banner, setting and cached file it created:

Android

Settings → Apps → LED Banner → Storage → Clear storage, or
press and hold the app icon → Uninstall.

iOS

Press and hold the app icon → Remove App → Delete App, or
Settings → General → iPhone Storage → LED Banner → Delete App.

Files you exported and saved to your photo library are yours and stay there — delete them from the Photos app if you want them gone too.

Delete part of it, from inside the app

Recent banners: Settings → Data → Clear history.
Preferences: Settings → Data → Reset settings (your saved banners are kept).
Stop diagnostics: Settings → Data → “Help improve the app” switches off crash reports and usage statistics together, immediately and for good.

Data held by third parties

The app itself sends us nothing, but three services it uses hold their own limited records, described in the Privacy Policy:

Google AdMob — ad delivery data tied to your device advertising identifier. Reset or delete that identifier in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).
Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics — screen and event records, and crash traces. Switching off “Help improve the app” stops any new ones. None of it contains your banner content.
Google Play / Apple App Store — your purchase and subscription records, which the store keeps under its own policy.

Requests about data those companies hold should be made to them directly.
